Inspection
Ensure an inspection is carried out by a quallified engineer who will make you aware of any potential problems which could in turn save you hundreds of pounds.

The inspection will generally include, an under body inspection, a road test and a report of the engineer's findings.

History check
If you are planning on buying a used car you need to be aware of its history, by example most new cars are bought on finance if the owner does not settle this before you buy it you could lose the car and / or the money you paid for it.

The check will generally cover:
If the vehicle was stolen or if it is wanted by the police.
Whether it has been written-off.
Whether it had a number plate change.
The date of first registration, of any colour change.
The chassis/VIN and engine numbers.
The number of previous owners.
The date of last keeper change.
Whether It has been imported.
